Our Services
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provides homes that are specially built or modified for people with high support needs or significant disabilities. These homes include accessible features that make everyday living easier, help residents be more independent, and allow support workers to provide better care within a safe and comfortable space.
Assisted life stage
At Be Greater Care, we provide Assisted Life Stage supports to help NDIS participants navigate different phases of life with confidence and independence.
This service focuses on building essential skills, planning for transitions, and achieving personal goals such as moving out of home, starting a new job, pursuing education, or managing daily responsibilities.
Assist Travel / Transport
Individuals who need assistance with travel or transport can receive dedicated transportation support. With the right resources and guidance from Advanced Care, participants are able to travel safely and independently.
Community Nursing Care
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Participants need a variety of medical services, depending on the nature of their disabilities. Be Greater Care's community nursing care plan stresses that a key component of participant independence in terms of their health is required. Participants are taught how to take care of their health in situations like medicine, wound care, hygiene, and assistance with showering or dressing through the community nursing care programs. Typically, a licensed nurse or medical professional is chosen to monitor the patient's development and adjust the medicine and treatment as necessary.
“Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.”
